Peter worked with local contractor Gary Gammie to put down a foundation, and the heritage home was placed on beams and cribbing on the white channel foundation, the standard Dawson foundatin. Peter also added insulation to the ceiling to the house, a wood stove, basic wiring and a 60 amp electrical panel which is secondary to the 100 amp panel in the cabin. |
